BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
Business Analysis plays a pivotal role within an organisation, helping to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. The BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (formerly the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis) is the international, industry-recognised qualification that truly demonstrates the knowledge, skills and capabilities to be an effective Business Analyst.
The BCS Diploma is awarded on completion of written papers (one hour open-book) in two Core modules, one Knowledge-based specialist module and one Practitioner specialist module, followed by a face-to- face oral examination where candidates demonstrate their business, technical and interpersonal skills.

BCS Diploma Learning Path:
You can complete the following courses leading to the BCS Diploma in any sequence. However we recommend starting with the core modules.

Oral Examination:
Having successfully passed the four required modules, candidates must then sit a 50 minute face-to-face interview-style oral examination with two BCS examiners. This must be completed within one year of the result of the final module examination. Successful candidates will be awarded the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
