Agile APMG Foundation and Practitioner

  • Agile methodologies have been used internationally in software development for many years, but are now being used increasingly in the project management environment as they offer a flexible approach that be continually adjusted according to the changing needs of the business and/or customer.

As the methodology is founded on being responsive to change, the risk of a long term project failing is significantly reduced and the final solution is more likely to fit the needs of the business and/or customer even if original specification has changed many times in the interim. Close liaison between the project team and the customer or business allows all involved to understand and validate changes to the proposed solution resulting in greater customer satisfaction.

Agile APMG Foundation level introduces delegates to the principles, techniques and processes required for successful project management.
