At Best Practice Training, we pride ourselves on having expert trainers with years of real world experience and our delegates achieving a higher than industry average exam pass rate. However, we realise that sometimes things go wrong on the day be it nerves, poor time management or simply bad luck.

For this reason, we offer delegates attending a public course in the following subjects the option of taking out our Exam Pass Insurance. For any delegates taking up this option who fail an exam, there will be no charge to resit the exam.

Please note that the Exam Pass Insurance covers one resit only and the insurance must be purchased before attendance at the course.

Delegates will be expected to complete the pre-reading and homework during the course to validate the insurance.
