PRINCE2® Project Management Training

Project management is the discipline of planning, organising, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

PRINCE2 is an internationally recognised best practice project management methodology. Since its inception in 1989, it has been widely adopted and successfully implemented throughout both the public and private sectors around the world.

Some of the reasons companies choose Best Practice Training for their PRINCE2 courses:

  • No more "death by powerpoint" - our courses are delivered using an interactive workbook keeping delegates engaged and helping with the learning experience
  • Small class sizes - we don't try and pack in 20+ delegates as some providers are, our class sizes are typically less than 10
  • Expert trainers - all our trainers are accredited with APMG and have years of real world project management experience
  • Fantastic pass rates - 98% at Foundation and 79% at Practitioner level (global average = 98% at Foundation and 76% at Practitioner. Jan 2015 to April 2016)*

There are two levels to PRINCE2 - Foundation (three days) and Practitioner (two days). These can be taken as separate courses or as one continuous five day course.

PRINCE2 Foundation level introduces delegates to the principles, techniques and processes required for successful project management.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Level follows on from the Foundation element looking at how the principles, techniques and processes learnt previously and required for successful project management are applied in the real world.

In addition to PRINCE2, we also run an introductory one day course which caters for those needing to understand the language and principles of project management. The content can however be tailored to meet the needs of the audience.
