Best Practice Training is a member of ASPECT – the Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Consultancy and Training.

As a member of ASPECT, Best Practice Training adheres to the following ASPECT charter to ensure that high quality training is delivered to each and every delegate attending each and every training course:

Small class sizes:

Typically less than ten delegates but guaranteed to be no more than 16. This ensures that all delegates have the chance to participate and ask questions thereby maximising their learning experience

Spacious and light training rooms:

At Best Practice Training, we understand that the venue where your course takes place can have a direct impact on your training experience. For this reason we have chosen spacious and light venues that we believe will provide the best learning environment for our delegates. Our courses are structured with regular breaks and refreshments.

Official manuals and training materials:

For all courses, Best Practice Training provides a copy of the accredited training materials (and for PRINCE2 the official TSO manual) for you to keep. We are committed to you maximising your learning experience and therefore believe it is essential for you to have your own copy of the training materials to learn the subject, prepare for the examinations, and to reference and use after the training has finished.

Subject matter expertise:

As with all ASPECT members, Best Practice Training has been accredited for over 5 years. We are committed to you learning the methods and theory of your course and being able to adapt and apply these in your organisation as well as passing the exam and achieving your qualification. Our courses are run by expert trainers with years of real world project management experience.

Professional support and development:

Best Practice Training provides pre-course training materials when you confirm your course. These may include guided reading, sample exam questions, candidate guidance and the syllabus. To maximise your learning experience, we are committed to support you during your pre-course study preparation.

Support before, during and after your course:

As an ASPECT member, we are committed to "provide information to industry professionals in the application of portfolio, programme and project management best management practice". As well as high-quality course materials for you to keep, Best Practice Training provides pre-course reading well in advance of the course so you can prepare beforehand as well as revision tools and reference charts for you to use afterwards when applying the theory you have learned in the real world.

Some training providers promote courses as a marketing tool with no intention of running them.

Customer service:

We are committed to excellent customer service and will support you throughout your learning experience. We ask all delegates to complete a feedback form after their course as part of our ongoing programme to continually improve our practice.
